Even the most positive person can sometime don’t be when you have multiple choices where there are pros and cons and not be swayed by that something that invades our minds affecting our behaviour that negative part that don’t allow see the way clearly.
 
Many factors can influence our thinking that way we react to any situation as consequence of our family heritage as well our childhood experiences and the environment of our lives which generate a difficult ambiance.
 
Being positive helps the soul, health, mind, breaks down barriers that seem impossible. The good energies depend much of us therefore learn to control those critical moments and the difficult people around us in negative state will bring us a lot of positive things.
 
A prosperous and abundant life is the result of being positivist this powerful vibration that anything is possible and to accept each situation from a positive point.
 
Feeding our soul of beautiful things, love, joy, laugh a lot, seeing all your bright side of each moment.
 
Sleeping well helps significantly our thoughts that generate a better picture of the next day.
 
Doing sport or any physical activity increased adrenaline and serotonin levels generating positive behaviour.

 

Additional if you are so stressed you can listen your favourite song, sing, meditate and breathe deeply.


Write every day a positive statement which always begins with the affirmation I am...!!
 

             For example I 'm happy, I 'm smart , I 'm positive!.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to specialists in psychology the "I am ....” It is wonderful and powerful key that leads our thoughts to our self.
